Shop Policies

Returns and Exchanges:

  • I accept returns on all items except personalized orders. Custom orders can not be refunded for any reason.
  • I am unable to process returns due to shipping delays. 
  • I accept exchanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, I will offer to remake the product(s).
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the return has been received, buyers should except reimbursement to be processed within 24 hours.

Cancelations:

  • I do not accept cancelations.
  • If you have changed your mind or would like a different product, please contact me. We will work out the details situationally.
  • Custom orders for invitations over $100 USD may require a nonrefundable deposit.

Shipping:

  • I accept international orders.
  • Each collection type will tell you the processing time in the description. All processing times range from 1 to 14 days.
  • Customers will be notified once their item has shipped. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery.
  • Overnight shipping is available at buyers expense.
  • I exclusively ship through United States Postal Service.

Custom Orders and Invitations: 

  • I will confirm the design of your custom order with you before any payment is received. I reserve the right to use your sample to make social media posts, marketing materials, and on display at craft shows. 
  • A quote will be emailed to you and photos will be sent of the completed design for your approval. The client may choose to pay in full or use the detailed payment plan listed at the bottom of their quote.
  • I charge $20 per hour to complete custom orders and invitations. All design work for a sample is done free of charge. Client is responsible for supply costs. Both the estimated time and supplies will be reflected on the quote.
  • First payment of a custom order is considered final approval. No changes, returns, or refunds can be made by the client after final payment.
  • Payments accepted through cash, check, money order, PayPal (Friends and Family only), Venmo, or a custom link on my website.
